Use case: 1. Add a custom column (not at the end) 2. Save the state in a new custom config 3. Load the default config 4. Load the custom config -> custom column is placed at the end, even though the order is correct in the organize columns form 454064

The new warning contains the column name which should help analyzing it if it is logged. 454064
If the user opens the organize columns form and clicks the + menu without selecting a column first, the column is added but the table preferences are not stored -> the column is not there anymore the next time the preferences are loaded. 455004
